How it works!

1. Call, Whatsapp or email us with your vehicle registration and small description of what service is needed. A photo taken from your phone can sometimes help identify your requirements if you are unsure of what type of glass you need.
    
2. Find out how much it will cost. This is a no obligation quote, if you decide to choose us then proceed to number 3.
    
3. We can discuss and book the appointment. This can be done at your home or place of work.
    
4. Glass Kings will confirm the booking the day before and in the morning of the specified date.
    
5. We will arrive at your chosen address at the time we have arranged. Before starting the task we will talk you through the process and the duration of the job. At this point we will need access to your vehicle keys.
    
6. Payment is taken via card machine, paypal or cash BEFORE any glass replacement will start. This can be done at the same time as handing your keys over. Payment for chip repairs and leak repairs can be taken before or after. 
    
7. We will make sure you informed of any aftercare and instructions and that you are happy with the service provided before we leave the task at hand.
